Features and Advantages
1.In the same bath degreasing dyeing process, this product can eliminate the spots and colors caused by oil agent and oligomer staining cylinder, and improve the processing quality.
2. Under neutral, weak acidic and alkaline conditions, it has excellent emulsifying, dispersing ability and degreasing effect. It is a product with both degreasing and emulsifying effects.
3. It has special effect on dispersing chemical fibre oil agent, high viscosity mechanical oil, dimethyl silicone oil and other substances. It can prevent oil agent and other substances from contaminating cylinders and cloth surface.
It is suitable for the pretreatment or scouring and dyeing of polyester woven, warp and weft knitted and spandex-containing fabrics or blended fabrics in the same bath.
1.Degreasing process of spandex fabric pretreatment:
WF-4315D: 0.3-1.0g/L, Soda: 1-2g/L, temperature 90-110℃, 30-60 min.
2.De-oiling process of scouring and dyeing of polyester knitted fabric in one bath: WF-4315D: 0.3-1.0g/L, leveling agent: 0.3-1.0g/L, dyeing: X, temperature 120-130℃, treatment for 30-60 minutes, then cooling, washing, out of the vat.
3.Degreasing process of polyester embroidery cloth: WF-4315D: 0.5-1.5g/L. After adding degreasing agent, it runs at room temperature for 10 minutes, then rises to 80-100℃, treats for 30-60 minutes, and then washes out the cylinder with overflow water.
4.For continuous de-oiling process:
WF-4315D: 1.0-3.0g/L, temperature: 80-100℃, PH value can be adjusted according to the needs of the factory.
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
