Features and Advantages
1.In weak alkaline and neutral bath, WF-4315C can emulsify and disperse the oil agent on spandex fabric more effectively while cleaning and removing oil, and prevent the oil agent from contaminating again.
2.Low temperature 70-80℃, neutral conditions to remove alkali-resistant fabric grease (such as gold and silver silk fabric, silk, wool) effect is obvious, do not damage the fiber.
3.Under alkaline condition, it has excellent scouring and decontamination effect in scouring and degreasing of blended fabrics and cotton in the same bath.
4.It is suitable for one-bath scouring process of polyester knitting. The influence of colored light is small. In weak acid and near neutral bath, it can effectively remove oil stains and fully emulsify and disperse. It has unique effect on removing chemical fiber oil agent.
It is suitable for low temperature de-oiling of decorative cloth, scouring and dyeing of polyester knitted fabric in one bath, and scouring and de-oiling of cotton and its blended textiles.
1.Low-temperature de-oiling process for decorative cloth:
WF-4316N: 0.2-0.6g/L, 30-60 min, temperature: 70-80℃
2.Polyester knitting scouring and dyeing in one bath process:
WF-4316N: 0.2-1 g/L, glacial acetic acid: 0.4-0.6 mL/L, dye: x g,
high temperature leveling agent: 0.3-1.0 g/L, bath ratio: 1:10, time: 30-60 min, temperature: 130℃.
3.Refining and de-oiling process (cotton knitted and blended fabrics)
WF-4316N: 0.2-1.5 g/L, NaOH: 2 g/L, H2O2 (27.5%): 5 g/L,
Bath ratio: 1:10, time: 40-60 min, temperature: 95-98℃
Users are requested to adjust the dosage through the sample as appropriate.
